Simplicity pattern for the underwear. I made all of this except for the corset - I already had a pattern for the corset and said corset half-made. It's still half-made to this day, lacking half of the boning channels (ten, iirc) and the finishing touches.

And yes, those bloomers are crotchless. This is vitally important when you are wearing a 20 pound dress with a gigantic hoopskirt. You simply are not going to reach under it to pull down panties.
